A lovely varietal smoky lift with aromas and flavours of baked red berries and black currant, there’s a definitive peppery spice and wood smoke combination. A lovely coarse-silk texture touches the palate first then flavours and textures of fleshy varietal flavours, dry stony soil qualities and a contrasting acid line.
