Australian Winestate Magazine - Edition 2012

What a fabulous way to start 2012, Australian Winestate Magazine has awarded our Toi Toi Riesling 2010 4 stars in the New Zealand category 'Best Wines of 2011'. 
Here is what they said about the Riesling...

'Fresh, citrusy and limey, with a gentle splash of sweetness, a minerally streak, firm acid spine and good intensity.' 

 

A bit more boasting is in order, in the very same issue of Winestate Magazine, Michael Cooper awarded our Toi Toi Central Otago Reserve Pinot Noir 2010 4 stars - in the 'Best releases of 2011' New Zealand! Now that is fabulous … here is what he said...

Still a baby, this full-coloured red was fermented with indigenous yeasts and barrel-aged for over a year. Sturdy and supple, it is fruit-packed, with excellent density of plum and spice flavours.
